BetterFeedback was built for us. We want to take product teams (including ourselves) off the hook for the monotonous process of analyzing customer feedback.

Small team, big ideas. We believe AI can be almost as good as a human when it comes to decision-making but with the advantage of saving significant time. Leveraging a world-class AI system created by OpenAI, we aim to simplify understanding customer feedback. It’s not always clear what customers are telling you, and there’s often little context. Typically, you spend a lot of time digging into feedback to derive valuable insights that inform better decisions later.

We want to change how feedback is managed. Feedback scattered across multiple tools like Trello, Intercom, and Google Docs makes it hard to gain a clear, actionable overview of what customers need. We’re here to solve that.
