For example, to know the essential feature your customers love or hate or what they value the most and why. You typically know the "what" but not "why".While you’re at it, you complain why there isn’t less, more structured data that you have to scroll through and search.
Feedback scatters across Trello, Intercom, Google Docs, to name a few, and it’s hard to get a factual overview of what customers really need.
