Pricing FAQs
What counts as a response?
A response is one completed submission from a user. Each time someone finishes their conversation with your AI agent, it counts as one response. Partial or abandoned submissions don't count. Response limits reset monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly response limit?
If you approach your response limit, we'll send you a notification. Once you hit your limit, you won't be able to collect additional responses until your limit resets at the start of the next month, or you can upgrade to a higher plan immediately.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes! There is no commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you won't be charged again. Your surveys and data remain accessible.
Are my credit card details secure?
All payment data is processed and handled by Paddle. Your data is always encrypted and 100% secure. We do not keep or store any credit card information.
