What counts as a response?
A response is one completed submission from a user. Each time someone finishes their conversation with your AI agent, it counts as one response. Partial or abandoned submissions don't count. Response limits reset monthly.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my monthly response limit?
Your surveys keep collecting answers — we never block data collection. If you approach your limit, we'll prompt you to upgrade.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is permanent — no trial needed. It includes AI follow-up questions, AI Insights, Export to CSV, and Shopify order sync, so you can evaluate the product on live traffic before upgrading. If you try a paid plan and it's not a fit, our 10-day money-back guarantee covers you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes — change or cancel anytime from your Shopify admin. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify. Your surveys and data remain accessible.
Are my credit card details secure?
Shopify merchants are billed through their Shopify account — no credit card details are shared with us. For non-Shopify users, payment is processed by Paddle. We never store credit card information.
