🤖 Intelligent Follow-up Questions

Your AI agents are now smarter at digging deeper when it matters most.

They can automatically ask targeted follow-up questions when a response needs more clarity, such as:

• Strongly emotional feedback (very positive or negative)
• Vague or uncertain answers (“maybe”, “not sure”)
• Negative sentiment on key business questions (e.g. recommendations, future purchases)
• Short or incomplete responses to complex topics
• Mentions of specific problems or issues

Follow-ups are limited to 2 per main question and won’t be asked if the participant seems rushed or disengaged — keeping the flow natural and respectful.

In your responses, follow-up questions are highlighted, making them easy to distinguish from main survey questions in both the UI and analytics.

This way, you capture richer, more contextual feedback without overwhelming respondents.
